Q: Why does the M10 shut down automatically during use?
A: M10 requires a power supply with at least 100W output. Auto shut-off usually means your speaker demands more power. Please reduce the volume or use a higher-wattage power adapter. 

Q: Is the included power adapter sufficient?
A: The 32V/5A adapter (if included in your purchase) is sufficient for most home speakers. If you purchased the version without a power supply or need higher output, please use a high-quality adapter with adequate power.

Q: How do I switch between AUX, Bluetooth, and USB inputs?
A: When powered on, the M10 defaults to Bluetooth input. Input priority: AUX > Bluetooth > USB.
– AUX takes priority when connected.
– To use Bluetooth, disconnect the AUX cable.
– To use USB, disconnect AUX and pause Bluetooth playback.

Q: Which systems support USB input on the M10?
A: USB input works only with Windows computers (Windows 7 to 11, no driver needed, plug and play). It does not support phones, Macs, or other OTG devices.

Q: Why doesn’t the Play/Pause button work in AUX / USB mode?
A: The Play/Pause function only controls Bluetooth playback. For AUX / USB mode, please control playback from your source device.  

Q: Can I replace the NE5532 op-amps?
A: No, the NE5532 op-amps are surface-mounted and not replaceable.
